R\u00e2per finement l'Emmentaler AOP. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le basilic et l'ail et les mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient haut avec la chair des courgettes et le vin blanc. Mixer avec le mixeur plongeant, ajouter le fromage \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nIncorporer le poulet et les pignons au m\u00e9lange de fromage, saler et poivrer. Farcir les moiti\u00e9s de courgettes avec la pr\u00e9paration et les disposer dans un plat allant au four. Couper les tomates cerises en 2 et les disposer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des courgettes.
