Surchoix, grossi\u00e8rement r\u00e2p\u00e9\r\nPoivre","recipe_preparation":"Faire tremper les haricots dans l'eau froide pendant la nuit (Cela en vaut la peine car les haricots cuisent ensuite plus vite et de mani\u00e8re plus uniforme). Egoutter les haricots et les rafra\u00eechir \u00e0 l'eau froide. Ajouter le bicarbonate de soude, faire cuire, \u00e9goutter et r\u00e9server.\r\n\r\nPour de d\u00e9licats ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s, faire chauffer le beurre \u00e0 r\u00f4tir dans une cocotte, ajouter l'oignon, l'ail et les \u00e9pices, faire revenir quelques instants en remuant jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une odeur agr\u00e9able. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes et les faire revenir quelques instants. Ajouter les haricots, les noix, les tomates avec le jus, l'eau et le sel. Faire mijoter 20 minutes \u00e0 couvert. Ajouter le vinaigre, l'espresso et le chocolat et faire mijoter encore 5 minutes sans couvercle.
