Dans une po\u00eale, faites-les cuire fa\u00e7on \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s avec un peu de beurre.\r\n\r\nD\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te en 8 triangles et disposez-les en cercle sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Placez une tranche de lard sur chaque pointe. R\u00e9partissez la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019Emmentaler AOP sur la couronne. R\u00e9partissez les \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s par-dessus, puis le restant de l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. Parsemez de persil hach\u00e9. Repliez les pointes de l\u2019\u00e9toile vers le milieu. Battez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le dernier \u0153uf et badigeonnez-en la couronne. Faites cuire environ 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la couronne soit joliment dor\u00e9e.\r\n\r\nServez la couronne enti\u00e8re sur une belle planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper.
