Incorporer le miel, l'huile, le sel et le poivre pour faire une sauce.\r\n\r\nEplucher les asperges, les carottes et les oignons de printemps et les couper en petits morceaux. Les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou dans un peu de bouillon. Les l\u00e9gumes doivent rester croquants. Les mettre sur une assiette et les arroser de sauce.\r\n\r\nCouper l'Emmentaler AOP en fins copeaux \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9conome. Effeuiller l'estragon. Concasser le poivre dans un mortier.
