Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition les pommes de terre avec le bouillon, le lait, le poivre et un peu de sel. Ajouter les macaronis. Faire mijoter \u00e0 feux doux 8-10 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.\r\n\r\nPendant ce temps, couper les oignons en fines rondelles. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la farine, secouer l'exc\u00e9dent de farine. Faire revenir les rondelles d'oignon dans le beurre chaud jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient croustillantes. R\u00e2per finement l'Emmentaler AOP.\r\n\r\nIncorporer l'Emmentaler AOP r\u00e2p\u00e9 aux p\u00e2tes, saler et poivrer.
