Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la bi\u00e8re avec le sucre et les graines de moutarde. Ajouter les fruits. Faire cuire bri\u00e8vement. Retirer, r\u00e9server. Faire r\u00e9duire le liquide de moiti\u00e9. Ajouter les fruits, faire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 petit feu. Verser dans des bocaux rinc\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude, fermer. Conservation: 2\u20133 semaines en bocal bien ferm\u00e9 et conserv\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.\r\n\r\nPr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. R\u00e9partir les noix sur une plaque chemis\u00e9e de papier cuisson. Arroser avec le beurre fondu et le miel. Faire cuire 8\u201310 minutes au milieu du four, en les retournant une fois.
