Couper les oignons en tranches. Faire chauffer l'huile des tomates dans une po\u00eale et y faire revenir les poivrons et les oignons 5 minutes, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer le vinaigre et l'huile d'olive avec le sel et le poivre, ajouter les poivrons et les oignons et laisser refroidir.\r\n\r\nCouper les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es en lani\u00e8res. Couper l'Emmentaler AOP en d\u00e9s. Effeuiller le basilic.
