Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau, le sucre et le jus de citron. Ajouter les abricots, cuire \u00e0 couvert et \u00e0 petit feu, en gardant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquant. Laisser refroidir \u00e0 couvert.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer au fouet le lait et les \u0153ufs. Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Juste avant la cuisson, tremper les deux faces des tranches de pain dans l\u2019appareil lait-\u0153ufs afin de bien les imbiber.\r\n\r\nBadigeonner de beurre \u00e0 r\u00f4tir le fond d\u2019une po\u00eale \u00e0 rev\u00eatement anti-adh\u00e9sif et chauffer. Pour une tranche de pain, mettre env. \u00bc du fromage dans la po\u00eale, poser une tranche de pain sur le fromage, faire cuire sur feu moyen. Parsemer d\u2019\u00bc de l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. D\u00e8s que la face inf\u00e9rieure est dor\u00e9e, retourner le tout.
