M\u00e9langer le fromage, les \u0153ufs, le jaune d'\u0153uf et la cr\u00e8me pour former une masse homog\u00e8ne. Assaisonner \u00e0 la noix de muscade, saler et poivrer. Beurrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement des petits moules \u00e0 souffl\u00e9 ou des tasses. R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange dans les moules, couvrir d'aluminium et disposer dans un plat \u00e0 gratin. Y verser de l'eau fr\u00e9missante jusqu'aux 2\/3 des moules. Faire cuire au four \u00e0 160\u00b0C pendant 45 minutes.\r\n\r\nPendant ce temps, \u00e9mincer les champignons. Hacher finement les \u00e9chalotes et l'ail. Faire chauffer l'huile et faire revenir les champignons \u00e0 feu vif. Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes et l'ail et faire revenir bri\u00e8vement. Ajouter le Mad\u00e8re puis le bouillon et laisser mijoter 5-10 minutes. Couper les tomates cerises en 2 et les ajouter aux champignons, faire revenir \u00e0 feu vif et rectifier l'assaisonnement. Couper la ciboulette en b\u00e2tonnets et parsemer sur le m\u00e9lange.
