Couper les tomates en d\u00e9s et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es en lani\u00e8res. Hacher finement l'oignon. Couper l'Emmentaler AOP en copeaux \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9conome.\r\n\r\nFaire chauffer le beurre \u00e0 r\u00f4tir dans une po\u00eale et y faire revenir les kn\u00f6pfli 4-5 minutes puis r\u00e9server. Faire chauffer l'huile dans la po\u00eale et y faire revenir les tiges de blette et l'oignon 5 minutes.
