Hacher finement le persil. M\u00e9langer la farine et le sel dans un saladier. Ajouter l'huile. Diluer la levure dans l'eau, la verser dans le saladier et malaxer pour obtenir une p\u00e2te souple.\r\n\r\nIncorporer l'Emmentaler AOP, les tomates et le persil \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Couvrir le saladier avec un torchon humide. Faire lever la p\u00e2te pendant 1 heure dans un endroit o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.\r\n\r\nFormer 8-10 petits pains avec la p\u00e2te, les poser sur une plaque couverte d'un papier sulfuris\u00e9 et les laisser lever encore 10 minutes.\r\n\r\nFaire une entaille en croix dans les pains et les faire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 220\u00b0C au milieu du four. Baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 200\u00b0C et faire cuire encore 25 minutes.
