Pr\u00e9lever la chair \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re et mettre dans un saladier. Ajouter le jus de citron, la cr\u00e8me aigre, le sel et le poivre, \u00e9craser \u00e0 la fourchette et bien m\u00e9langer le tout.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per l\u2019Emmentaler AOP \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 r\u00f6sti. Disposer les chips tortilla sur un plat r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur ou sur une plaque \u00e0 four garnie de papier cuisson. Fendre le poivron en deux, retirer les graines. Couper le poivron en lamelles et les tomates en cubes.\r\n\r\nR\u00e9partir les poivrons, les tomates et les olives sur les chips tortilla. Parsemer d\u2019Emmentaler AOP.\r\n\r\nEnfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur et laisser gratiner env. 10 minutes \u00e0 220 degr\u00e9s.
