Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et laisser mijoter 15 minutes. Laisser gonfler et refroidir le quinoa.\r\n\r\nPour la sauce, m\u00e9langer l\u2019huile de colza, le vinaigre de pomme, le jus de citron, la moutarde et le yaourt, saler et poivrer. Couper l\u2019Emmentaler AOP en petits d\u00e9s. Couper les branches de c\u00e9leri en fines rondelles. Ecraser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les baies rouges. Verser le tout dans la sauce avec le quinoa et bien m\u00e9langer.
