Porter le bouillon \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et verser sur le couscous. Couvrir et laisser gonfler 10 minutes. A\u00e9rer le couscous avec une fourchette et laisser refroidir un instant.\r\n\r\nPendant que le couscous gonfle, hacher grossi\u00e8rement le persil, r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients composant la sauce, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nPour la salade, m\u00e9langer le vinaigre, l\u2019huile, le sel et le poivre. Couper les fanes de radis en lani\u00e8res. Couper les radis en quatre. M\u00e9langer les fanes et les radis \u00e0 la sauce.\r\n\r\nAjouter les \u0153ufs battus au couscous avec le fromage, bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter un peu de sel et de poivre si besoin. Former 12 galettes avec cette pr\u00e9paration.\r\n\r\nFaire fondre un peu de beurre \u00e0 r\u00f4tir dans une po\u00eale. Faire revenir les galettes une par une 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient bien dor\u00e9es.
