D\u00e9tailler les asperges en tron\u00e7ons obliques d\u2019environ 5\u00a0cm de long. Faire chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale. Ajouter les asperges, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 10\u00a0minutes environ en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per finement le zeste du citron. Presser l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron. Pr\u00e9parer une sauce avec le zeste et le jus de citron, l\u2019huile de noix, l\u2019huile de colza, le vinaigre balsamique, le sel et le poivre.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer les asperges encore chaudes \u00e0 la sauce. Hacher les noix grossi\u00e8rement, les faire dorer dans la po\u00eale.
