Hacher finement l\u2019oignon. Eplucher les l\u00e9gumes et les couper en d\u00e9s ou en rondelles d\u2019environ 1,5\u00a0cm. Faire revenir l\u2019oignon et les l\u00e9gumes dans l\u2019huile chaude une dizaine de minutes. Ajouter le bouillon, couvrir et laisser mijoter env. 15\u00a0minutes.\r\n\r\nAjouter les lentilles \u00e9goutt\u00e9es sans la feuille de laurier \u00e0 la soupe. Verser un quart de la soupe dans un r\u00e9cipient haut et r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e au mixeur. Reverser dans la casserole. Couper la pomme en petits d\u00e9s, ajouter \u00e0 la soupe et faire cuire 2 \u00e0 3\u00a0minutes. Saler et poivrer.
