Laisser refroidir un instant. R\u00e2per finement l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. M\u00e9langer 150\u00a0g de fromage, la farine, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf et les \u00e9pices avec les pommes de terre. Ajouter si besoin de la farine, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ne colle plus aux mains.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Former des rouleaux de la grosseur du pouce avec la p\u00e2te \u00e0 base de pomme de terre sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9. Couper des tron\u00e7ons de 2\u00a0cm de long, former des boules et rouler chaque morceau sur le dos d\u2019une fourchette. Plonger les gnocchis petit \u00e0 petit dans de l\u2019eau bouillante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils remontent \u00e0 la surface. Sortir les gnocchis \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire et r\u00e9server au chaud.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant la cuisson des pommes de terre, faire dorer les pignons de pin dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Laisser refroidir. R\u00e9duire le reste des pignons de pin en pur\u00e9e avec le reste de fromage, l\u2019ail des ours, l\u2019huile et le bouillon, saler et poivrer.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9langer la sauce avec les gnocchis.
