Coupez le chou-fleur en petits morceaux, puis r\u00e9duisez-le en granul\u00e9s dans un blender.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez le chou-fleur, les \u0153ufs, l\u2019Emmentaler AOP, la poudre d\u2019amandes et la poudre de noix de coco. Ajoutez la levure, les herbes italiennes et le sel. Recouvrez une plaque de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Formez par-dessus 8 boules avec la p\u00e2te et pressez-les avec pr\u00e9caution pour obtenir des galettes d\u2019environ 2 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et de 7 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Les galettes doivent rester compactes. Parsemez-les de graines de s\u00e9same et faites-les cuire dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s 20 \u00e0 25 minutes de cuisson, sortez les buns du four et laissez-les refroidir. Placez sur chaque bun une tranche d\u2019Emmentaler AOP et un quart de figue.
