R\u00e9partir sur une plaque \u00e0 four garnie de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire au four \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 30\u00a0minutes.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant ce temps, couper l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon en petits d\u00e9s. Couper le lard en lamelles. Faire revenir le lard dans une po\u00eale sans ajouter de mati\u00e8re grasse. R\u00e9server dans un saladier et laisser refroidir.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e2per l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les feuilles de marjolaine. Incorporer au m\u00e9lange lard-ail-oignon. Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans les c\u00f4telettes et bien appuyer.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au bout de 30\u00a0minutes de cuisson, baisser la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 160\u00a0degr\u00e9s. Faire chauffer 2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale. Saler et poivrer les c\u00f4telettes, les faire cuire \u00e0 feu vif environ 2\u00a0minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
