Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les noix. Tapisser un moule \u00e0 terrine de film alimentaire. Garnir le moule de tranches de bresaola en les superposant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\r\n\r\nBattre le QimiQ \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. M\u00e9langer les raisins, le Porto, les noix et l\u2019Emmentaler AOP avec le QimiQ. Fouetter la cr\u00e8me et l\u2019incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nVerser la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de fromage dans une poche \u00e0 douille. R\u00e9partir la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule \u00e0 terrine, bien tasser. Laisser prendre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant la nuit.\r\n\r\nD\u00e9mouler la terrine sur une planche, retirer le film alimentaire. Couper la terrine en tranches.
