Couper le bout fibreux des asperges, couper les asperges en tron\u00e7ons de 3-4 cm. Couper les oignons nouveaux en rondelles. Faire revenir les asperges et l\u2019oignon dans l\u2019huile chaude. Ajouter le bouillon, couvrir et cuire 5-7 minutes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les asperges restent croquantes. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le liquide, bien m\u00e9langer avec l\u2019Emmentaler AOC, le pesto au basilic et le s\u00e9r\u00e9, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer les fusilli \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, les asperges et la sauce et mettre le tout dans un plat \u00e0 gratin. Parsemer de pignons de pin.
