Saler.\r\n\r\nLorsque les pommes de terre sont cuites, ouvrir la feuille d\u2019aluminium, entailler la peau et \u00e9craser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des pommes de terre avec un couteau. Former un creux et ajouter une grosse cuill\u00e8re de sauce.
