Refermer les petits pains et laisser reposer bri\u00e8vement pour que le pain prenne le go\u00fbt de la frittata chaude.\r\nPendant ce temps, m\u00e9langer la moiti\u00e9 de la mayonnaise avec le cornichon coup\u00e9 en tr\u00e8s petits d\u00e9s et l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ketchup.\r\nOuvrir de nouveau les petits pains, tartiner la partie inf\u00e9rieure avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce rouge et garnir avec les ingr\u00e9dients restants: une feuille de salade, la frittata, la tomate et les tranches d\u2019Emmentaler AOP.
