Saler.\r\nR\u00e9server quatre cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de petits pois et r\u00e9duire le reste en pur\u00e9e au mixeur plongeant.\r\n\u00c9plucher les carottes et les couper en fines rondelles. Faire chauffer 50 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra vierge dans une petite po\u00eale et y faire frire les carottes.\r\nCouper l\u2019Emmentaler AOP en petits d\u00e9s.\r\nCuire les p\u00e2tes, puis les \u00e9goutter et les passer bri\u00e8vement sous l\u2019eau froide.
