Couvrir et laisser lever la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ait doubl\u00e9 de volume (env. 2 heures).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Beurrer un moule \u00e0 tarte (ou un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re) de 28-30 cm de diam\u00e8tre et tapisser le fond de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Disposer la p\u00e2te dans le moule sans la p\u00e9trir et appuyer avec la paume de la main pour lui donner la forme et la taille souhait\u00e9es. M\u00e9nager un bord assez haut.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>Garniture <\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Battre la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche le plus vite possible avec le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et les \u00e9pices et r\u00e9partir sur la p\u00e2te. Laisser 1 cm de libre sur le bord. R\u00e9partir 3\/4 du potiron tranch\u00e9 et de l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 sur le m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>R\u00e9partir l\u2019Emmentaler AOP coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s et le reste de potiron sur la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Enfourner le rondo \u00e0 four froid et r\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 50\u00b0C en mode cuisson traditionnelle et laisser cuire pendant 30\u00a0minutes. Monter la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 25\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Le rondo \u00e0 l\u2019Emmentaler AOP peut se servir froid ou chaud, \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif, \u00e0 picorer, en guise d\u2019en-cas ou avec une salade en entr\u00e9e ou en plat principal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>Variante mini rondo<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te en 20 boules de taille \u00e9gale. Disposer les boules dans des moules \u00e0 muffin beurr\u00e9s, aplatir et garnir.
