montati a neve.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Lasciate riposare al caldo per almeno 2 ore.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incorporate gli albumi montati a neve e l\u2019Emmentaler DOP.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cuocete l\u2019impasto in una piastra per cialde ben
