Aggiungere le carote, i piselli e il grano Ebly, lasciar bollire a fuoco basso per ca. 10 minuti finch\u00e9 tutto il liquido non \u00e8 stato assorbito.  Lasciar raffreddare un po'.\r\n\r\nTagliare l\u2019ananas a pezzetti e aggiungerlo al grano Ebly insieme al prosciutto a cubetti. Mischiare insieme le uova, il latte e l\u2019Emmentaler DOP. Condire con sale e pepe.\r\n\r\nUnire il composto al grano Ebly mescolando bene. Versare il tutto in una pirofila per gratin imburrata.
