Love letters

Fancy surprising your loved one with a particularly romantic aperitif on Valentine’s Day? If so, we’ve got a great idea for you.
Add a loving touch to your aperitifs by cutting out lots of hearts of all sizes from a red and orange pepper and a cucumber (using a biscuit cutter for example) and presenting them on an aperitif platter.
Cut a few flat rectangles and triangles from a piece of Emmentaler AOP cheese and layer them on top of one another so it looks like the envelope from a letter. Your messages of love are now ready and guaranteed to go straight to the heart. Try it out and see!
