Ingredients for 12 servings

250 g Emmentaler AOP
12 olives (pitted)
12 slices of toast bread
approx. 20 cl pizza sauce
75 g salami slices
2-3 tbs pumpkin seeds

Emmentaler AOP Mild/Classic

Cut the Emmentaler AOP into strips using a cheese slicer or Y-peeler. Cut the olives in half. Place the slices of toast bread onto two oven dishes lined with baking paper. Coat the bread slices with pizza sauce and cover with salami. Spread the strips of cheese on top. Onto each slice of bread place two olive halves as eyes and a couple of pumpkin seeds as teeth.

Bake in the oven for approx. 8 minutes at 180 degrees (fan oven/convection oven) until the cheese has melted.
