Ingredients for 4 servings

150 g rolled oats
300 ml orange juice
4 carrots
½ cucumber
1 bunch radishes
150 g mild Emmentaler AOP
1 tbs mustard
salt, pepper
3 tbs mixed seeds

Emmentaler AOP Mild/Classic

Soak the rolled oats in the orange juice. Peel the carrots and grate on a Rösti grater. Quarter and slice the cucumber. Quarter the radishes. Cut the Emmentaler AOP into small cubes.

Add all the ingredients to the rolled oats. Season to taste with mustard, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the seeds over the muesli and serve.
