  • Emmentaler AOP Crown
  • Emmental sausages or cervelas
  • gherkins
  • of radishes
  • onion
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • chive
  • Salt, pepper
Star of the dish

Stir vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper together for the dressing. Cut the Emmentaler AOP Eidgenoss in 1-2 cm size cubes. Cut the cervelas in rounds. dice the gherkins. Cut the radishes into quarters or eighths according to their size. Cut the onions into thin rings. Mix all the ingredients together with the dressing. Arrange the sausage-cheese salad on a plate, together with the lettuce leaves. Cut the chive in rolls and scatter over the salad.
