wholemeal bread
1 avocado
1 pack of salmon roe
mustard
Emmentaler AOP
juice of half a lemon
salt
pink pepper

Preparation

Peel the avocado, remove the stone, and slice. Place the avocado slices into a dish and season with salt, pink pepper and lemon juice. Slice the wholemeal bread, lightly brown the slices in a frying pan, then spread with a thin layer of mustard. Place the avocado slices on the slices of bread, add the salmon roe, and garnish with cubes of Emmentaler AOP.
