Emmentaler AOP cheese bells provide the perfect Christmas soundtrack. These jingle bells are a treat for the eyes – and for the taste buds: with rosemary, cucumber and a dollop of redcurrant jelly, they bring the Christmas spirit straight to the table.
Cut several small bells out of a flat piece of Emmentaler AOP and place them in a circle on a rustic wooden board – like an Advent wreath. Position sprigs of fresh rosemary between the bells to add a festive scent.
Decorate the wreath with colourful halved cherry tomatoes and nestle green stars (cut from cucumber slices) between them. Position a small bowl of bright redcurrant jelly in the middle of the board, surrounded by crispy crackers.
