It’s time to get spooky. Take three slices of Emmentaler AOP cheese and place them in the centre of your snack platter. Give each of the slices a couple of eyes with a dab of cream cheese and a peppercorn. Put crunchy puff pastry crackers on the bottom half of the cheese slices so it looks like your beasties are peeking out from behind a fence!
Surround them with grapes, cured ham, olives, nuts and a few crackers. Thin slices of plum and a dollop of jam add sweet accents.
Garnish everything with fresh sprigs of thyme and your sweet and savoury Halloween snack platter is ready to go. Who would have thought that something so spooky could be so delicious?
